Job Title: Integrated Dermatology Strategy Marketing Head - Saudi Arabia

Location: Riyadh

Job Description: An opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing categories in skincare. Responsible to create, support and implement Marketing, Medico-marketing, Patient journey, and HCP strategy for KSA for all business units.

To create trusted partnership, supporting Sales head, and rest of KSA organization in ensuring seamless, high-quality execution of marketing/brand plans and digital strategy ensuring sustainable growth year on year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing marketing strategy for Cx MEA; in alignment with commercial strategy, GBUs and create clear roadmap of implementation for KSA. Ensure this is integrated into the retailer country activity plans.
  • Responsible for creating/enhancing strong patient journeys for our priorities in our Prescription brands. Ensuring our HCP engagement is built on strong clinical, scientific and patient benefit propositions.
  • Responsible to partner with key clinics on our Aesthetics brands, to create and deploy consumer communication (via clinics) enhancing our desirability & credibility.
  • Own and drive market share in KSA for all 3 BUs.
  • Work in close collaboration with GMs, Sales execution team.
  • Ensure close management of all digital channels such as social media, blogs, others etc. for consistent messaging through all channels with one premium agenda.
  • Create digital & core marketing (Cx) programs capable of measuring ROI and KPIs, to support strategy development and clear execution impacting targets positively-as per plan.
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction and to keep with premium brand image.
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer/patient journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Prepare and analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant Degree in Marketing. MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 12-15+ years of experience in Marketing, social media marketing/digital marketing with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Creative individual and strong leader with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEA consumer landscape and good understanding of the ME Healthcare system is a requirement.
  • KSA marketing experience preferred. Also sales experience in relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in working closely with execution teams in the field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environment is required.
  • Influencer's relationship management.
  • Problem solver, with high learning and people agility.
  • English (Written & Spoken), Arabic preferred.
