Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day insurance-related activities for worldwide data center projects, including managing all insurance-related documentation, claims management, and reporting, ensuring seamless execution of insurance-related features throughout the project lifecycle.
• Read all relevant documentation, attend meetings, take notes, and clarify issues to broaden knowledge and better understand inter-dependencies in deal documents and their impact on insurance.
• Engage in day-to-day communication with internal and external parties as required to ensure all necessary information about the bid is understood and compiled.
• Provide documentation support to the broker to develop and design a bespoke project insurance plan.
• Provide day-to-day insurance and claims-related services to project companies based on the annual shared services contract to ensure timely and efficient resolution of insurance-related issues.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring adherence to required standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Chartered Insurance Institute diploma ACII or FCII (preferable)
• 10+ years of experience in insurance and risk engineering (preferably in a corporate office)
• Experience in handling insurance for project finance transactions
• Good knowledge of the datacenter or infrastructure sector
• Fluency in English
