Job Description:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wastewater treatment, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Bahrain.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Automation, Electrical, and IIoT technologies, including their application in wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure projects.
Solution Selling: Present and sell Automation and IIoT solutions to potential customers, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs and requirements.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience working with MEP contractors, system integrators, switchgear, or within the wastewater treatment or infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Bahrain.
