Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Quality Control:
Conduct quality control inspections on instrumentation equipment during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
Inspect instruments, wiring, and equipment to verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and standards ( Aramco standards).
Documentation:
Maintain and update detailed inspection records, test reports, and quality checklists for instrumentation work.
Ensure compliance with Aramco’s quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures, and provide necessary documentation for audit and verification purposes.
Review and approve vendor documentation such as inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and calibration certificates.
Testing and Commissioning:
Perform or oversee functional testing and pre-commissioning checks of instrumentation systems, ensuring that the instruments perform as expected.
Participate in site acceptance testing (SAT) and ensure all instrumentation systems pass the required tests before the final handover.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure adherence to Aramco’s engineering standards, procedures, and specifications.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities during installation and commissioning stages.
Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations during inspections and installations.
Problem-Solving:
Identify potential issues or discrepancies in instrumentation systems and take corrective actions as necessary.
Communicate effectively with engineers and project managers to resolve any problems or delays.
