INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Instrument Technician

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Trade Certificate in electronics, electrical, mechanical or instrumentation, or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field.
2. 5 years’ experience in related field.
3. Experience in repairs and maintenance of all types of electronic instruments.
4. Good working knowledge of digital equipment, hydraulic, and pneumatic instrumentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, commission, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, calibrate, and test equipment.
2. Read and understand technical diagrams.
