Job Dimensions:

1. To ensure operational availability of machinery to achieve daily planned targets.
2. To assist in minor projects for continuous improvement.
3. Functional Areas handled: Planned Preventive Maintenance of all Machinery and Equipment.

Job Context:

1. Location: Poultry Processing Plant
2. Working Hours: As per business needs, may exceed 12-hour days.
3. Good working environment with resources available to fulfill roles and responsibilities.
4. Mental stress may be present during high demand and workloads.
5. Render maintenance to various machineries & equipments.

Key Relationships:

1. Internal: Senior Engineering Manager
2. External: Quality Manager, Training Manager, HR Manager, Project Manager, Business Risk Manager, Production Manager Engineering Manager.

Job Specification

Qualifications:
Essential:
1. Three-year full-time Diploma in Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable:
1. 5 years Degree Course in Engineering from a recognized University or Institute with five years experience in Dairy/Food/Beverage/Poultry/Meat industry.

Experience:
Essential responsibilities executed:
1. 5 years instrumentation process control automation experience.
2. Good knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging machinery, various PLC types, process & instrumentation, and Poultry manufacturing equipments.
Desirable responsibilities:
1. 7 years instrumentation process control automation experience.
2. Experience in Food/Beverage/Poultry industry, SCADA system, and main equipments.
