Job Purpose:

Carry out inspection of stationary equipment as per inspection procedures/plans set out by SABTANK.

Key Accountabilities

1. Carry out PM, CM, and RBI tasks as per SABTANK inspection procedure.
2. Based on inspection findings, prepare inspection reports giving recommendations on corrective action/repair procedures as required.
3. Check and verify the actions done by Maintenance or Contractor on Inspection Recommendations from performance and quality points of view.
4. Check NDT instruments under his control and report any problems to the Inspection Supervisor.
5. Enter the required TML and inspection records in Meridiam software as required.
6. Carry out inspection of materials (MTC).
7. Carry out any other special tasks assigned by the Inspection Supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Technical Diploma Degree in Mechanical or relevant fields.
2. Should be certified in the following NDTs: NDT Level II, MPT Level II, Liquid Penetrant Test Level II, Ultrasonic Testing Level II.
3. Shall be certified in at least one of the following APIs: API-653, API-570, or API-510.

Minimum Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in inspection of tanks, pipes, pressure vessels, and PSVs.

Job Specific Skills:

1. Broad experience in Process and/or Petrochemical Plant Equipment.
