Job Description

The Innovation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the innovation process within the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive innovation, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring that the company is at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements. The Innovation Manager will work closely with various teams within the company, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure that innovative ideas are effectively communicated and implemented.

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovation strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies in the industry and assess their potential impact on the company.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that innovative ideas are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Collaborate with the product development team to prioritize and develop new products and features.
• Monitor and track key innovation metrics, including idea generation, development, and commercialization.
• Manage and mentor a team of innovation professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that the innovation process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's values and culture.
• Communicate innovation progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience managing a team of innovation professionals.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
