We are looking for a fearless leader for Riyadh Innovation Hub who can work with the c-suite of our most ambitious clients to set a strategic vision and unlock new growth for their organizations. You must be experienced driving change and challenging senior executives to think outside the box.

You will need an experimental and entrepreneurial mindset to inspire a team of top innovators to constantly look for the next big opportunity, leveraging successes as proof of what’s possible, and guiding them to achieve their best work to enable personal growth.

Day to day you will be:

1. Playing a lead role in shaping and generating a portfolio of work with large and ambitious clients.
2. Managing client relationships across multiple engagements and be responsible for maintaining standards and quality of the delivery, ensuring consistency and impact.
3. Driving the direction, innovation agenda and pipeline for the hub. Lead the definition and measurement of success to demonstrate impact across engagements.
4. Acting as the interlock with the business, industry leaders and wider hub network, ensuring delivery against business needs as one connected network.
5. Attracting and leading a team of innovators through ambiguity, unlocking value and driving real world impact while championing the use of the most innovative tools, methods, and technologies as a differentiator.

2. You are entrepreneurial with proven ability to grow a portfolio of work.
3. You have experience with building and motivating a team of innovators.
4. You bring empathy to all engagements using a human centred design approach to solving problems.
5. You are a creative and strategic thinker who has the ability to combine unlikely elements into novel ideas and inspire their team to do the same.
6. You have strong knowledge of Accenture’s network and ecosystem with deep relationships both within Accenture and externally.
7. You find strength in experimentation, with the ability to evolve and iterate ideas as needed.
