We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the insurance brokerage sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to end-users, promptly resolving hardware and software issues.
2. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
3. Ensure the security and integrity of company data through regular backups and implementing cybersecurity measures.
4. Collaborate with various departments to understand IT requirements and provide effective solutions.
5. Document and update IT policies, procedures, and user guides.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of IT support experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the insurance brokerage industry in Saudi Arabia.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
4. Experience with network administration and IT security protocols.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
8. Cybersecurity experience is an advantage.
