Information Technology Compliance Manager

Job Purpose:

To ensure rigorous adherence to IT and Cybersecurity (CS) regulations and standards, safeguarding organizational integrity through meticulous assurance practices. Evaluate and optimize IT/CS controls, providing insightful reporting to uphold compliance and mitigate risks effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant IT/CS regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Provide accurate and timely IT/CS assurance reports
• Enhance efficiency through best practices in IT/CS assurance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of IT/CS assurance activities.
• Foster a strong assurance culture within the organization.
• Address audit IT/CS findings and implement recommended improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT/CS controls and processes.
• Review and analyze IT/CS responses and evidences to ensure adherence to IT/CS regulations and internal policies
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of IT/CS assurance results.
• Preparation of IT/CS assurance results reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Assure that all new SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority) requirements are fully implemented.
• Provide assurance on reviewing new products, contracts, and services from a Compliance perspective.
• Develop and update assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Leverage technology for improved IT/CS assurance monitoring and reporting.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the organization’s assurance processes and controls.
• Identify and mitigate current or potential IT/CS issues and risks.
• Coordinate and support internal Compliance activities
• Continuously monitor changes in IT/CS regulations and accounting standards to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

7+ years of experience in IT & CS, Compliance, Assurance.
