Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial Engineer in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll organize and manage industrial activities to ensure the safety and integrity of our projects and programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal), analyze security needs, plan and oversee security measures, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

1. Industrialize field modifications (FM) according to Alstom standards (e.g. special processes) & compliant with depot infrastructure/environment
2. Dispatch documentation & liaise with the field modification team
3. Set-up/define relevant quality self-inspection tasks
4. Integrate respect of EHS rules (Environment Health & Safety rules) and any work-related processes
5. Take Return of Experience (REX) about first modification implementation and adjust/optimize documents & tools for cost and time
6. Respect of timeframe for modification preparation
7. Level of accuracy, maturity and applicability of final modification file
8. Customer acceptance and quality level of final modification
9. Compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes
10. Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets
11. Completeness and Quality of FM implementation data recorded in database
12. Availability of configuration update data
13. Audit results (internal and external)
