Description

1. Define and implement the AI/ML strategy for the analytics department.
2. Lead the design and development of robust AI/ML solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
4. Conduct regular reviews of system design and architecture, recommending improvements where necessary.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in AI/ML.
6. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance with company policies.

Profile

A successful Architect should have:

1. Proficiency in Python programming and its AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn), Web development frameworks (FastAPI & Flask).
2. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and others (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, FastAPI, Flask).
3. Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
5. Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD environments.
6. Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
7. Develop high-quality software solutions based on business requirements.
8. Deep Learning: Experience building, training, and fine-tuning neural networks for tasks like image recognition, natural language processing, or speech recognition.
9. Machine Learning Algorithms: Familiarity with decision trees, random forests, clustering methods, and reinforcement learning.
