Job Purpose:

1. Incoming inspection of material.
2. Maintains the quality standard of incoming inspection.
3. Maintains all records of incoming inspection.
4. New supplier development activities.
5. Maintains the non-conformances of in-process & incoming parts.
6. Support engineers & manager in day-to-day activities.
7. Follow health and safety instruction and safe working procedure as per LIMS.

Job Context:

The position is responsible to:

1. Test the units as per the Quality Control Instruction.
2. Work with team and take continuous improvement initiatives and make suggestions for any improvements.

Job Dimensions:

The Incoming Inspector Role involves regular and close interactions with all Operations Department especially Assembly and Fabrication.

Key Accountabilities:

The position is responsible to:

1. Incoming inspection & LIMS.
2. Non-conformance.
3. New developments sample inspection and documentation.
4. In-house new project parts inspection.
5. Provide all data and support.
6. Processing solving & RCA.
7. Support the recovery of cost of poor quality for new suppliers.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 3 Years of hands-on experience in mechanical & electrical parts inspection or any other machined/assembly parts manufacturing industries.
3. Use of CMM measurement equipment.
4. Knowledge in machined and assembly parts inspections.
5. In-depth knowledge in first angle, 3rd angle projection drawings, geometric dimensions symbols, welding symbols, and ISO tolerance.
