ICT Engineer

Rawafid is searching for a skilled ICT Engineer to join our technology team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our information and communication technology systems within our construction operations. Your role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ICT infrastructure supports the organization's overall objectives efficiently and effectively. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data security, and optimizing network performance. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and telecommunications systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Support and maintain both hardware and software systems to align with business needs
• Ensure data security and integrity across all ICT systems and develop strategies for backup and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with project teams to assess technology requirements and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that Rawafid remains competitive
• Provide training and support to staff on ICT systems and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Min. 3 years of experience in ICT engineering
• CompTIA Network CNWE Certification
• CWSP Certification
• Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software systems
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
• Proficiency in system security and data protection methods
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
