Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading tasks related to application development, business intelligence tools, database management, and systems upgrades. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, recommend solutions, and implement IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer IBM Maximo, including Asset Management, Work Management, Workflow Administration, Contract Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Preventive Maintenance, Administration, and Migration Manager.
• Develop and customize applications, fields, workflows, and reports, utilizing XML, SQL, Jython, Python, and JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Integrate Maximo with external systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), handling object structures, external systems, publish channels, and endpoints.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, result sets, and BIRT reports, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Conduct client workshops, analyze business processes, and implement Maximo solutions aligned with best practices.
• Support and enhance Maximo mobile applications and work centers.
• Provide end-to-end project delivery, including pre-sales guidance, solution design, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of IBM Maximo consulting experience, with hands-on expertise in configuration, administration, and solution deployment within Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Familiarity with business process re-engineering, especially in Maintenance Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Strong background in industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Facilities Management, or Transportation.
• Proficient in data loading with MIF and MXLoader.
• IBM Maximo certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
