Job Description
The Hygiene Manager is responsible for the complete Sanitation and Hygiene Standard for all food & beverage hotel operation. Ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.

• Hygiene managers are safety and health professionals who inspect and supervise workplaces to ensure that workers and the public are protected from dangerous or unsafe conditions.
• They may inspect work spaces and machinery to verify that it is safe, and study the effects that businesses have on the surrounding environment.
• Hygiene managers may make recommendations about how companies might operate in a safer manner, and often work for government agencies, enforcing regulations.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include;

• Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and management skills.
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
• 3-5 years work experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Industry.
• HACCP & Food Safety certifications preferred.
• Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects.
