As an HVAC QC Inspector, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough inspections of HVAC systems, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with Aramco standards and industry regulations.
Monitoring quality control throughout installation, operation, and maintenance processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Preparing detailed inspection reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely submission of project-related paperwork.
Collaborating with project teams, clients, and vendors to address quality concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and Aramco specifications.
Promoting safety awareness and ensuring all HVAC-related work complies with relevant safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards (Uniform Plumbing Code, AWWA C-950, NFPA 13, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or 2-year Industrial/Tech college Diploma. Certifications in HVAC systems and quality control (e.g., SMACNA, NFPA, ASHRAE) preferred.
Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC quality control, preferably with Aramco approval standards.
Proficiency in HVAC system inspection, quality control monitoring, compliance with industry standards, and strong documentation skills.
