ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement plans, systems, and internal processes as required to govern all aspects of the National Manpower Planning division in accordance with established SANAD policies, standards, and procedures.
  2. Monitor the coordination and application of HR activities assigned to staff to ensure compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements.
  3. Follow up on HR incidents and employee queries to ensure a resolution has been reached.
  4. Collaborate with internal & external auditors on requested information, providing clarifications on adjustments to policies and processes.
  5. Oversee the progress and updating of manpower database and its related information, reports, and printouts.
  6. Ensure the maintenance of records of approved manpower establishment, vacancies, potential radiance and monitoring closely proposals for staff movement in accordance with approved organization and physical requirement.
  7. Monitor Saudi recruitment activities and ensure execution is in accordance with approved manpower plans and budgets, to ensure optimal headcount is sourced and maintained as per the staffing needs of business units.
  8. Assist HR Director in the implementation of the performance appraisal cycle and ensure a seamless and impartial process is maintained in alignment with the developed performance management system, supported by sound judgments and constructive feedback.
  9. Assist in the implementation of training and development programs in line with the approved training plan to ensure SANAD staff are equipped with the right knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
  10. Recommend, implement and actively promote transparent Saudi employee relation activities across SANAD and manage the employee motivation and communication programs.
  11. Conduct investigations and make recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions.
  12. Ensure that documents like transfer letters and contract letters, resignation acceptance, promotion letters, experience certificate etc. are generated and communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
  13. Oversee and ensure that HR processes like handling employee grievances, approval on leave applications, resignations, transfers, termination, processing of end of service benefits at the time of retirement or resignation etc. are well managed by the employee relations team.
  14. Monitor the termination process along with the Senior Management team, and ensure termination letters are approved and issued to the concerned employees.
  15. Research, evaluate and recommend worldwide employee relations best practice and advise SANAD on improvements required to maintain effective working practices.

Qualifications



JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and Experience:

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, including 3 years minimum experience in supervisory or leadership role.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelors/Diploma in human resources or equivalent field.
