At 700Apps, we are seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role involves a variety of functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and contributing to the overall success of our workforce.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview and selection
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
Maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives
Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and industry standards
Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities
Assist with compensation and benefits administration and communicate with employees regarding their inquiries
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office products
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous
