Job description

We are the Chinese Visa Application Service Center, and we are looking for someone who is proficient in HR operations and interested in Admin and Visa work for the center. Our office work is not complicated, and we want you to take on various tasks when available.

You will report directly to the center manager, who is Chinese. We want you to be proactive, communicate concisely and logically, and get to the point directly.

As a new company, we welcome your ideas and encourage you to leverage your strengths.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Project the office and attendance regulations with the manager; record employee attendance.
  • Calculate monthly salaries and benefits.
  • Act as the liaison with the HR company to address monthly salary issues and ensure efficiency.
  • Recruitment: collect CVs from potential candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring process.
  • Assess training needs and prepare for training in collaboration with the manager.
  • Answer all relevant questions from employees.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for a Human Resources major.
  • Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-organized, careful, patient; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in speaking and typing in English.
