Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview and selection.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and industry standards.
• Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration and communicate with employees regarding their inquiries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
