Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our growing HR Operations team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for people and HR processes. We are particularly interested in supporting the development of young Saudi talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting background checks (if applicable), and ensuring a seamless integration into the company. This includes understanding and adhering to Saudi labor law requirements for onboarding.
  • HRIS Support: Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This may include data entry, generating reports, and troubleshooting employee queries related to the system. Experience with commonly used HRIS systems in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions. Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's social insurance system (GOSI) is beneficial.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by gathering data, verifying information, and working closely with the payroll team. Familiarity with Saudi payroll regulations is important.
  • Compliance: Support HR in ensuring compliance with relevant Saudi labor laws and regulations. This includes a good understanding of the Saudi Labor Law.
  • HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing correspondence.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events and gathering feedback.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.
  • Special Projects: Participate in various HR projects as assigned, which may include research, data analysis, and project coordination.
  • Saudization Support: Contribute to the company's Saudization efforts by assisting with related initiatives and reporting. (If applicable)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.
