Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with management to address organizational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
