Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at DirectFN, located in Riyadh. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and programs within the company. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources and knowledge of HR policies
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management
• Familiarity with labor and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
