Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our manufacturing facility. We are looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities to lead the HR & Admin team. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for all employees.
- Connect with all the managers & employees regarding their needs & fulfill them
- Ensure all employees are compliant with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Develop and implement performance review systems to assess employee contributions.
- Facilitate employee development plans and succession planning.
- Ensure all HR practices are in line with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and initiate safety training programs for employees.
- Analyze workforce data to forecast future hiring needs.
- Develop strategies for talent management to ensure workforce effectiveness.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled workers.
- Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in HR management, in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices in a manufacturing setup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong experience in handling HR & Admin staff of the company
- Strong decision making & leadership skills
- Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
