Job description

As a Manager HR, you will be crucial in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across the EMEA region. We seek someone with the expertise to manage HR, oversee operations and liaise with the regional office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work closely with business leaders to understand and anticipate HR needs, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives.
  2. Consultation and Coaching: Provide daily consultation and coaching on various HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
  4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  6. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and communication strategies.
  7. Benefits and Compensation Management: Partner with the HR team to manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  8. Performance Management: Conduct effective performance appraisals and provide ongoing performance feedback to managers and employees.
  9. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends, implementing innovative HR solutions to drive business success.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  3. Thorough understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  4. Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle confidential information.
  8. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  9. Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  10. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
