Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Fleetrading in Riyadh. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, conducting training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

2. Training Program Development and Implementation skills
3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Experience in a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
