Job description

Job Description:

We are an international company headquartered in China, engaged in the rental of aerial work platforms and construction materials (such as scaffolding). We have a branch in KSA and are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the planning, organizing and coordinating efficient and effective recruitment competitions, including arranging meetings and interviews and providing advice and guidance to selection panels in line with relevant policies.
  2. Co-ordinate and implement an effective on-boarding process for new staff, liaising with managers and other key stakeholders.
  3. Support the management of sickness absence in accordance with relevant policies, including updating and maintaining data, monitoring and reporting on sickness absence levels, and liaising with the occupational health adviser.
  4. Support managers and staff with their duties relating to performance management.
  5. Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in the review and development of Human Resources policies and procedures, including research and consideration of legislation and good practice.
  7. Maintain and provide accurate HR management information in line with data protection policies.
  8. Provide administrative support for Disciplinary, Grievance and Dignity at Work investigations.
  9. Update and maintain data in relation to vacancy management and assist in the production of management information papers.
  10. Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding the placement of agency workers.
  11. Collate and maintain accurate Equal Opportunities information for statutory returns.
  12. Co-ordinate learning and development (L&D) activities, including planning arrangements for L&D events.
  13. Collate information for responses to Assembly Questions, Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests.
  14. Support the HR Services Team Manager in the maintenance of the integrated Payroll and Human Resources Management System.
  15. Provide operational advice to staff on software packages used within the HR Office.
  16. Comply with the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work policies and procedures, and carry out other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource and Administration.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in the local market preferred.
  3. Familiarity with local Labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  5. Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a multinational team.
  6. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼1.00 - ﷼2.00 per month
