Ensure recruitment of high-caliber employees within budgeted staffing plans to achieve business targets.
Provide functional direction and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Act as a mediator for colleague concerns, initiating necessary changes and providing solutions.
Offer direction, coaching, and counseling on HR issues such as performance management and employee relations.
Maintain high colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active support and participation in hotel core committees.
Establish and implement annual objectives, budget, and programs for the HR department aligned with the hotel's strategic plan.
Foster a cooperative working climate to maximize productivity and colleague morale.
Qualifications:
Required:
- University degree in a related discipline or professional HR designation.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Proficiency in computerized payroll systems and fluency in English.
- Previous experience in the Gulf region preferred.
