Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture, developing talent, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational execution with a focus on employee engagement, development, and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives and promote organizational growth.
  3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
  4. Build a strong employer brand to enhance candidate and employee experience.
  5. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  6. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  7. Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and support career development.
  8. Identify and address skill gaps to ensure workforce readiness.
  9. Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with labor laws.
  10. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workplace safety initiatives.
  11. Implement performance evaluation systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  12. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters.
  13. Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  14. Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
