Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Al Khobar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing:

1. Recruitment
2. Employee relations
3. Performance management
4. Training and development
5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Additionally, they will work closely with management to support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
