Location: Jeddah, Mecca and Madinah, KSA.
Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

The Human Resources Planning and Management Consultant will play a critical role in providing expert guidance on workforce planning and HR management within the health sector. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, the consultant will be responsible for assessing and optimizing HR strategies, ensuring effective staffing, and aligning HR practices with the organizational goals of healthcare institutions. This role is vital in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources functions within the health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive workforce planning strategies to meet the current and future needs of healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct workforce assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions for effective human resources management.
  • Advise healthcare organizations on best practices in HR planning, recruitment, retention, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with healthcare objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and improve workforce performance.
  • Design and implement HR policies and processes that promote efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training and development recommendations to enhance the skills and competencies of healthcare staff.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on workforce planning, HR metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR planning and management within the health sector.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and workforce planning in healthcare.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and workforce metrics.
    • Proficiency in HR management software and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with healthcare leaders and HR teams to achieve organizational goals.
