Job description
Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 7-15 years. Project Duration: 1 year. Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
The HRIS Consultant will play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives related to Human Capital management. The consultant will ensure the effective development, implementation, and optimization of HR processes within SAP and other HRIS platforms. This role involves providing technical support for administrative services, building dashboards, and analyzing data to enhance HR operations and align them with the organizations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Support:
Collaborate with HR teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Provide technical expertise to streamline and automate HR processes.
SAP HR Module Development:
Support the development and optimization of HR services in the SAP system.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and HR operations.
Dashboard Development:
Design and develop dashboards to visualize human capital data and key metrics.
Provide insights from dashboards to support HR decision-making and strategy.
System Support and Optimization:
Monitor and troubleshoot issues within HRIS platforms to ensure smooth operations.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades to HR systems.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze HR data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support workforce planning.
Generate regular reports and KPIs to assist leadership with strategic planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, HR, and business units to align system capabilities with business needs.
Provide training and technical support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in HRIS implementation, management, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR modules or other HRIS platforms.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP HR systems and HR business processes.
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and dashboard tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP certification or HRIS-specific certifications (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM).
