This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at Fleetrading in Riyadh. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring performance management. The role involves staying current on labor and employment laws and regulations.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

7. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
