Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire an HR Director for one of our partners in the Food and Beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's business goals and objectives. Conduct HR needs assessments and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.

  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

    Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs. Manage employee performance and development through performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring. Implement employee recognition and reward programs.

  3. Compensation and Benefits:

    Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Manage employee relations and resolve any disputes or grievances.

  4. Organizational Development:

    Identify and implement initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement. Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation. Develop and implement leadership development programs.

  5. HR Metrics and Reporting:

    Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  4. Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must.
  5. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
  10. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  11. Proficiency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory.
