Human Resources Director

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or Organizational Development is preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, CHRP, PHR, or SPHR are strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a holding company or multi-industry environment.
• Strong background in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or real estate workforce management is a plus.
