Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Manager
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary: The HR Business Partner Manager is responsible for leading all Accenture's HR Operations, processes, and solutions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and culture. This role provides backend HR services to all business units, including administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Own the HR Leadership position for Saudi Arabia
- Consult with business management and provide HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
Job Qualifications:
- Saudi national
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR management or business partnering experience
- Excellent people management skills and a good understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Substantial experience with stakeholder management and engagement, working in a large, complex organization
- Mastery of Arabic and the English language, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills
- Executive presence with the ability to interface with senior executives, ask questions, and provide answers
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and lead in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve to work quickly and effectively under pressure, delivering projects in a timely manner
- Negotiation, mediation, and conflict-management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues
- Analytical and goal-oriented
