Key responsibilities include:
  1. Own the HR Leadership position for Saudi Arabia
  2. Consulting with Business management and provide HR guidance
  3. Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
  4. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  5. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  6. Provide HR policy guidance
  7. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  8. Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  9. Evaluate training programs
  10. Suggest new HR strategies
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR business partnering experience
  2. Excellent people management skills & a good understanding of HR functions & best practices
  3. Substantial experience with stakeholder management and engagement, working in a large, complex organization
  4. Bachelor's or Master's degree required
  5. Mastery of Arabic & the English language, both verbal and written with strong communication skills
  6. Executive presence with ability to interface with very senior executives, ask questions and provide answers
  7. Proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  8. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve to work quickly and effectively under pressure, delivering projects in a timely manner
  9. Negotiation, mediation and conflict-management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues
  10. Analytical & goal-oriented
