Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee performance management programs and processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the Manpower and Recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly advantageous.
