Job Description:

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy. As a leading global recruitment firm specializing in placing top talent across the MENA region, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our remote team and provide essential HR support to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Offboarding: Handle employee offboarding and exit interviews.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Data Entry: Input and update employee data into HR systems.
• General HR Support: Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the MENA region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
