Human Resource Coordinator

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

1. Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee
2. Supporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction survey
3. Welcoming and orienting new members of staff
4. Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences
5. Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures

What We need from you:

1. High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent
2. 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
4. Must speak fluent Arabic and English
5. Other languages may be preferred
