The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR administration. Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate and support HR activities and events.
Labour Law Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise on necessary adjustments.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in accordance with legal and company policies.
Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management and regulatory bodies.
Support audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Employee Support:
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on HR administration and compliance.
Proficient knowledge of HR administration, labor law, and compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
