Carries out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintains HSE statistical data in relevant databases e.g., CMO, RigDoc etc.
Collates and analyzes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE statistics, and compiles applicable reports.
Receives new employees and arranges their onboarding formalities.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains inventory for HSE supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Takes responsibility for issuing PPE and maintaining appropriate records.
Responsible for arranging and maintaining HSE related training/records.
