HSE Supervisor (Saudi Citizen Only)

In our project developing in Jubail(40 minutes to Jubail city center, 30 minutes to Dammam), we are looking to welcome Saudi citizen HSE Supervisors to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monitoring and controlling HSE standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure the correct implementation of HSE plans and procedures.
• Monitor that site personnel are sufficiently competent, informed and equipped to be able to carry out their work without presenting risk to themselves or others.
• Carry out site safety inductions.
• Provide HSE training on tasks, equipment and site procedures.
• Monitor and ensure that usage of machinery, equipment, etc. is being correctly carried out.
• Supervise the maintenance of temporary equipment.
• Ensure that the correct controls are enforced with respect to the handling of hazardous chemicals and substances.
• Ensure that all accidents, incidents and near-misses are reported.
• Participate in investigations, inspections and reporting of HSE matters within the area. assigned.
• Carry out inspections of worksites, equipment, vehicles, machinery, and personal protective equipment. Verify that associated documentation/ certification (including Permits to Work) is correct.
• Maintain records, reports and documents to meet company or regulatory HSE requirements.
• Monitor and control the Permit to Work (PTW) system is followed.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma and experience as a HSE Supervisor on major projects.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in industrial settings.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
