HSE Safety Supervisor | Saudi Arabia

HSE Safety Supervisor experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines.

He should be a university graduate and specialized in Safety certification IOSH, NEBOSH, familiar with ISO 45001-2018 and 14001-2015. He should have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of working experience in EPC projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement the approved HSE program on the job site.
2. Promote a safe working environment by conducting site safety inspections.
3. Monitor the accident prevention program.
4. Monitor and recommend fire protection systems and conduct periodic fire and emergency drills.
5. Organize and conduct safety orientations and regularly scheduled site HSE meetings.
6. Brief all employees covering construction HSE aspects and housekeeping.
7. Maintain constant surveillance to ascertain hazards, suggest corrective action to site management, supervisors, and subcontractors.
8. Accomplish accident investigations and make related reports.
9. Prepare reports and keep required records.
10. Motivate and instruct onsite HSE program through various applicable site incentives.
11. Issue safety violations when necessary and follow their implementation and closure.
12. The HSE Supervisor's Line manager will monitor and ensure that the assigned safety supervisor is active in his duty and that the client is satisfied with his performance.
13. Prepare and approve JSA, HIP, on the job site.
