HSE Officer

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

1. Review project documents for HSE requirements and develop site specific HSE Plans
2. Conduct HSE training for all new employees and contractors
3. Inspect work areas, equipment, and PPE to ensure compliance with safety regulations
4. Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
5. Monitor and audit contractor safety performance
6. Prepare HSE reports and metrics for management review
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations
8. Assist in the development and implementation of HSE management systems
9. Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
10. Review and approve JSA’s and Safe Work Method Statements
11. Liaise with regulatory authorities as required
12. Perform regular site inspections and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with minimum of three years related experience
