Job Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to oversee all health, safety, and environmental components of various projects. The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all activities with the client's HSE policies, regulations, and standards at TNF facilities and project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HSE protocols, and a proactive approach to risk management and safety implementation across various operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site-Specific HSE Oversight: Manage HSE operations at the site, ensuring that the site's operations comply with all health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to personnel and the environment.
• Conduct regular site visits to TNF facilities and project sites to ensure the implementation of HSE standards and guidelines is consistent across all project phases.
• Identify site-specific hazards associated with TNF facilities & project sites, and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
• Collaborate closely with the site management team to ensure that HSE measures are integrated into daily operations, particularly in high-risk areas such as excavation, drilling, and transportation of limestone.
• HSE Management: Lead and manage all HSE operations at TNF facilities & project sites, ensuring compliance with both client and regulatory HSE standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems, including risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
• Ensure the consistent application and communication of safety policies, procedures, and guidelines across all project sites.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to promote a culture of health and safety awareness and adherence to safety practices.
• Collaborate with operational teams to design and implement safety initiatives that minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and deliver regular HSE plans and reports, including incident investigations, safety statistics, and compliance updates, to project stakeholders.
• Lead incident and accident investigations, ensuring timely and thorough documentation and implementation of preventive measures.
• Ensure all HSE training programs for employees and contractors are up to date, tailored to operational needs, and in compliance with relevant standards.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and client representatives to ensure alignment with HSE standards and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5 Diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health and safety field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management within the construction sectors.
• Proven experience in managing health and safety compliance on large-scale industrial or extraction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with environmental (LEED) is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with client-specific HSE standards and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
