Job Description
Lead and manage comprehensive HSE initiatives to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures, integrating them into organizational objectives and projects.
Monitor and analyze safety performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and fostering a strong safety culture.
Oversee the planning and execution of safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
Utilize HSE technology and systems to enhance incident reporting, track safety metrics, and facilitate continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and mitigate HSE risks, addressing issues related to emergency response planning and environmental sustainability.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.S. in Engineering or equivalent, and minimum industry experience.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in safety.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly sought after to validate expertise in health and safety, which is acceptable to the SEC.
