HSE Coordinator, also known as health, safety, and environment Coordinator and environment health and safety officers, monitor health and safety, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards within an assigned workplace or geographic area. HSE Coordinator manage and train other health and safety staff members and frequently travel to perform field investigations and respond to incident reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Implement HSE Management System
Assist with all site’s HSE Training, i.e. New Employee Orientation (NEO), OSHA required training and NOV required training.
Knowledgeable of the applicable regulatory requirements
To be able to create, assist and review RA and/or JHA
Facilitate HSE Committee meetings and participate at the Location Management Team (LMT) meetings
Assist with incident reporting and investigations to identify a root cause and corrective actions.
Review and file paint logs and monitor the facility stormwater program.
Assist with waste management program.
Conduct site inspections and assist the various departments with department inspections.
Assist with closing our inspection findings.
Conduct walkthroughs with supervisors and leads
Conduct Fire Protection monthly inspections.
Provide support as necessary to site departments as necessary.
Coordinate and work with maintenance on facility and equipment.
Review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments (RA) against job processes to ensure all safety measures are in place.
Coordinate Industrial Hygiene surveys with Corporate HSE Team and ensure all findings are closed out.
And other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
Diploma Degree or higher
NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certified or B.S Degree in Business or HSE related discipline
Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint
At least 2 years of previous experience in Manufacturing and Fabrication industry
Good communication skills
Good in English (both verbal & written)
Interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written, and listening skills
Results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
Possess integrity and a dedication to results
Must be a team player, highly organized and proficient, dress professional, and be comfortable around upper-level management.
